This is a service agreement that is entered into between GrokAI Trading and our website and app users. Please review our service agreement before using our website or app. By visiting our site, downloading our app, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Service Agreement. Please note that we reserve the right to modify our service agreement as necessary. If you don’t agree with our service agreement, changes, or updates, please close and leave the site or app immediately.

1. Our Services

GrokAI Trading is a cloud mining platform that helps users unlock the potential of their digital assets. We offer the following services:

1.1 Mining services.

We offer cloud mining services for various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, without requiring users to manage hardware or perform technical setup.

1.2 Mining contracts. Users can purchase a mining contract by selecting their desired hashrate and duration. Once the user makes a payment, mining begins immediately based on the provided instructions.

1.3 Payouts. Once users have mined their cryptocurrency assets, they receive their rewards in their registered cryptocurrency wallets, based on the total hash power and network difficulty.

2. Definitions

The following are the definitions of some important terms

 2.1 Cloud mining. Cloud mining is a process that enables individuals to participate in cryptocurrency mining from remote data centers without owning or managing mining hardware.

2.2 Mining contract. A mining contract is a digital agreement entered into by a user and a mining company, allowing the user to rent or lease computing power. The agreement specifies the amount of hash power purchased, its duration, and the associated fees.

2.3 Hashrate (Hash Power). Hashrate refers to the computational power utilized by mining hardware to mine cryptocurrencies.  

2.4 Wallet Address. It is a digital address that is provided by a user to receive mining payouts.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to access our crypto services on our website or app, you must meet the following requirements:

3.1 Be at least 18 years of age and have the power to enter into an agreement

3.2 Have legal documents like a valid ID

3.3 Have not been previously suspended from our platforms

3.4 Ensure that the use of our services complies with the applicable laws

4. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrencies are inherently volatile and carry some level of risk. If you choose to use any of our services, please be aware of the potential risks. As such, you will need adequate knowledge to mitigate these risks. They include:

4.1 Risk of Hacking. Hackers and other malicious groups may attempt to interfere with GrokAI Trading services and accounts. As the account holder, you must use strong passwords and keep them secure to minimize such risks.

4.2 Volatility Risk. Digital assets such as cryptocurrencies are prone to volatility, uncertainty, and regulatory restrictions.

4.3 Network downtime. Sometimes, there is network downtime within the mining network that tends to lower mining capacity.

4.4 Technical risks. Cloud mining can be disrupted by downtime in the mining hardware and other malicious activities, such as cyberattacks.

4.5 Wallet Risk. You acknowledge that there is a risk associated with holding funds in wallets. Such risks include hacking, phishing, and fraud.

5. Mining Contracts and Fees

Whenever you purchase a mining contract on our website, you lease a specified amount of hashrate for a specific period.

Immediately after you make payment, you will receive the contract details, including the hashrate and duration.

New users will receive a $100 bonus upon successful registration. This bonus can be used directly to purchase a mining contract.

The minimum purchase amount is $100, and the bonus fully qualifies you to get started without any upfront payment.

You can also make a payment using BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, or other supported cryptocurrencies.

The contract will begin once payment is confirmed, typically within 24 hours.

Please note that we do not accept cash refunds.

6. Provision, Modification, and Termination of Services

We have the right to modify and terminate services we offer depending on individual circumstances. For example, if you violate our User Agreement, we may suspend or terminate our services to you. After you terminate, you will no longer receive our services, and any unpaid earnings will be distributed to the wallet address associated with your account. You also have the right to terminate your account at any time. Among the activities that can lead to the termination of your account are:

6.1 Opening multiple accounts to earn rewards.

6.2 Engaging in illegal activities, such as money laundering or engaging in commercial activities through the GrokAI Trading website.

6.3 Infringing on legitimate rights and interests of the state or its citizens, or activities that can endanger national security.

6.4 Failing to adequately secure your account by sharing your password and account information with third parties.

7. User Information Confidentiality

We collect personal data of our users when they register on our website or app. We collect such information to optimize our services and also secure user accounts. 8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The mining processes involve inherent risks, while the value of cryptocurrency continues to fluctuate. As such, we do not guarantee our customers continuous profitability.

GrokAI Trading, its affiliates, and employees will not accept liability for:

8.1 Losses incurred due to volatility in the cryptocurrency market

8.2 Losses resulting from the user’s negligence, like failure to use strong passwords

8.3 Losses that exceed the total fees paid for mining contracts that lead to a claim

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and information provided on our website or app are protected by intellectual property laws. I would ask that you please not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish this information without prior written permission.
